Stains on Microfiber Furniture? We Have a Hack For That
If you have any microfiber furniture you know it has some weaknesses: It stains easily and can look unsightly. You might be tempted to cover it up with a blanket, but in all honesty there’s no need to be embarrassed by it any longer. It’s a quick, easy job to remove these stains, and you only need 2 things.
Pro tip: Take before and after pictures to show off to your friends and family!

What You Need:
- Windex®
- Scrub brush
Directions:
- Spray Windex® liberally on your microfiber chair or couch. You want the area you’re working in to be slightly damp.
- Using a dry scrub brush, scrub the stains out. Work quickly as Windex® dries fast.
- Repeat spraying and scrubbing as many times as needed until the stains are removed.
- Once it is dry, use your scrub brush to “fluff up” the microfiber again to remove the crunchy feeling.
- Kick yourself for not doing this sooner.

Recipe:
1 gallon of hot water in a bucket
1 teaspoon of powered tide laundry detergent
Microfibre cloth or a ripped up old towel—you need a cloth with texture to get into the grooves of the paint but do not scrub too hard or scrape because you’ll chip the paint.
Wipe the walls down and let it soften the boogers/food/dog slobber, then repeat. The hot water will help soften the crud, the tide will lift the dirt.
No need to rinse.
