Shipping Policy

We offer a tracked parcel option (this rate is based on your address and the dimensions and weight of your package). For overseas orders, shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and the size of the package. Heads up order fulfilment time is typically 1-2 business days before shipping.

You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped, and orders should arrive within 8-12 business days in Canada and 5-7 days within the United States.

Please double (then triple) check that your address is correct. If a package is not received or is returned to us due to an error in address, we are unable to offer a refund and are not responsible for the costs of the replacement item.

Duties and taxes vary by country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs charges once the package has arrived in the destination country.

House Work is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages fall under the responsibility of the postal service carrier from the date shipped. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided.
